Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with bigo4d. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and confiscate any winnings and balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bigo4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand rupiah). Maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and account status. Standard accounts have a maximum single deposit limit of Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah). Higher limits may be available for verified VIP accounts.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB Monday-Friday, 08:00-12:00 WIB Saturday) are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. bigo4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees. Please check with your financial institution regarding any applicable charges.
All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from someone else, will result in immediate account suspension and funds confiscation.
To request a withdrawal from your bigo4d account, you must have:
Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. If you wish to withdraw to a different account, you must first contact customer support and provide verification that you own the new account.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two (2) to five (5) minutes during peak hours (19:00-23:00 WIB) and under two (2) minutes during off-peak hours. Withdrawals requested outside Indonesian banking hours may experience delays depending on your bank's processing schedule. First-time withdrawals may take up to twenty-four (24) hours as additional security checks are performed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand rupiah). The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million rupiah) per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits are Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million rupiah) for standard accounts. VIP accounts may have higher limits.
bigo4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may charge receiving fees. These fees are the responsibility of the User and are deducted by the financial institution, not by bigo4d.
bigo4d may offer various bonuses and promotions to Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before converting bonus funds into withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered Rp 3,000,000 (thirty times one hundred thousand) before withdrawal eligibility.

We reserve the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing opposite bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity intended to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine gambling entertainment.
If you request a withdrawal before completing bonus wagering requirements, any remaining bonus funds and winnings derived from those bonus funds will be forfeited. Only your original deposited funds and winnings from those deposits will be processed for withdrawal.
All bets placed on the bigo4d platform are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirming them. We are not liable for bets placed in error due to User mistake, technical error, or misunderstanding of odds or game rules.
Sports betting markets offered on bigo4d include but are not limited to football (including BRI Liga 1, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia matches), basketball, badminton, volleyball, and e-sports. All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority. If a match is postponed or canceled, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.
Asian Handicap betting (commonly known as voor bola in Indonesian betting culture) is available for football matches. In Asian Handicap betting, one team is given a virtual goal advantage or disadvantage to even out the odds. Results are determined after applying the handicap to the actual match score. Half-goal and quarter-goal handicaps may result in partial wins or losses as specified in the odds at the time of bet placement.
Live betting allows you to place bets on events while they are in progress. Odds for live bets change constantly based on the current score and game situation. Due to transmission delays, there may be a brief lag between bet placement and bet confirmation. If a significant event occurs (such as a goal scored) between the time you place a bet and the time it is received by our system, we reserve the right to void the bet.

RTP represents the theoretical percentage of wagered money that a game will pay back to players over millions of game rounds. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, bigo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
bigo4d reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.
